David W. Pearse, a Chartered Surveyor with considerable experience in both the commercial and residential property field, started the Company in 1976 in Flint and the Company expanded over the years into the surrounding Towns of Buckley, Holywell and Mold.

The emphasis has always been on the professional and personal approach and the Company has established a reputation second to none for providing a high quality Property Consultancy Service.

In addition to residential and commercial property sales, this professional approach encompasses surveys, valuations, residential and commercial lettings and we have established an enviable Client list, including Local and Central Government Departments, many of the major Banks, Building Societies and Insurance Companies, the Diocese of St. Asaph, the Methodist Church and the United Reformed Church as well as many Corporate and numerous private clients.
